Location access & congress venue

Congress Center

This year the Congress will take place at the Montreux Music & Convention Centre, also known as the 2M2C.

Located in an exceptional setting on the shores of Lake Geneva and in the centre of town, very close to the hotels, the 2m2c now has a set of highly diversified, completely modular and multi-purpose spaces, which allow it to host professional events.

Its 18,000 m2 of floor space is divided between two connected glass-walled buildings designed to take full advantage of the lake and mountain views. One of these, the original building — renamed Miles Davis after it was expanded and renovated, is intended for events involving 100 to 500 people. The other one, more recent building, known as Stravinski, is designed primarily for events of 300 to 3000 people, and is equipped with an Auditorium that is well known for its aesthetics, its technical equipment and its exemplary modularity, which allows it to host a class-room style lecture for 300 people, a 1000-person dinner, a corporate convention for 1800 people or a concert with a standing audience of 3000 people. They each have several independent entrances and can be used simultaneously for multiple events of different sizes, or as a group to host a single large-scale event requiring several rooms for committees, sub-committees, receptions and exhibitions.
