Christoph Schwarz graduated from Jena Medical School in 2009. He received his medical training in pediatrics and neonatology at the University of Tübingen , Germany. He recently finished a two year research fellowship evaluating
non-invasive objective assessment of hemodynamics in preterm infants during the transitional period at the INFANT Research centre in Cork, Ireland , under the supervision of Prof Gene Dempsey and Prof. Geraldine Boylan.
Since 2018, he is attending neonatologist at the Department of Neonatology, University Hospital, Tuebingen, Germany.
His main research interests include non-invasive monitoring, circulatory and respiratory support during and after the transitional period including automatic oxygen control.
