Walid Habre is a Senior Consultant in Paediatric Anaesthesia at Geneva University Children’s hospital and full Professor at the Faculty of Medicine in Geneva, Switzerland.
He is currently the Head of the Unit for Anesthesiological Investigations at Geneva University Hospitals. He has developed a particular research interest on lung function and heart-lung interactions and investigated recently new ventilation modes.
Additional clinical research focuses on quality improvement projects in paediatric anaesthesia.
He is Board member of the World Federation of Societies of Anesthesiologists.
